Refinery Water Treatment Chemical Site Manager

International chemical manufacturer is looking for a Refinery Water treatment chemical Site Manager in their client's Canton, OHfacility.  Company is looking for a qualified candidate who will:

*Manage water treatment sales and service in large customer account.

*Oversee all technical applications and special projects while managing technical support personnel.

*Train assigned sales and engineering reps in the account.

*Primary interface with client.

*Assist customer with cost cutting measure in chemical applications.

*Communicate effectively, oral and written, with client and company to ensure open lines of communications are maintained.

* Manager account bugget P&L

Company offers a base salary of 125-135K, strong commission program, company car, cell phone, laptop, expenses, 401K contribution and comprehensive benefits package.

Company is looking for a candidate with the following qualifications

1. 4 year degree in a technical field (chemical engineering, chemistry, petroleum engineering, etc.)

2. No less than 12  years of direct water treatment chemical experience in a refinery, power plant or petrochemical plant

3. Previous personnel management experience

4. Experience with Plant Information/Processbook

5. Clear understanding or process chemical applications

6. Strong communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
