Red Bull Driver-Sales Representative Job Details
Start your day at 6 am from our Belgrade warehouse with the Red Bull team
Safely operate a Red Bull company truck (no CDL required)
Drive to on and off premise accounts on your pre-determined route
Identify and execute opportunities for promoting product retention and growth of new Red Bull product lines
Deliver and merchandise Red Bull beverages
Sell and build displays
Spends 90-95% of the time outside the office in route and sales calls
Reconcile and balance accounts at the end of your day - accounting for the remaining 5-10% of days
Monday - Friday 6 am start time with occasional nights and weekends as business demands
$51k - 54k includes based + commission
Retention bonuses available at 90 days, 180 days, and 1 year of employment - ask for details!
The Qualified Candidate
Preferred knowledge of distribution industry, outside sales experience preferred
Able to meet monthly key performance indicators (KPIs) focused on: sales, distribution, pricing, display, new accounts, and other merchandising components
Able to take constructive feedback and willing to provide top notch customer service in accounts
Able to maintain a professional appearance and provide a positive company image to the public
Able to obtain and maintain a DOT medical card
Able to lift and carry objects weighing up to 60 pounds
Must have an Acceptable Motor Vehicle record
Pre-employment drug testing and background check required
