We are looking for a High Volume Recruitment Manager to join as an integral part of the busy and dynamic Recruitment Department for the USA.

In this role, you will manage the high volume full-cycle recruitment for KSG & UP Fundraising across the USA. You will demonstrate strong organisational and team-work skills while applying excellent problem solving and communication skills to ensure the success of this portion of the department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment: sourcing, screening, and interviewing of candidates, for part time and full-time positions across multiple states
  • Work with all levels of the organisation to understand and plan recruitment needs based on campaign requirements
  • Create and maintain postings for available positions based upon ongoing recruiting plans
  • Liaise with the account managers as field staff to plan recruitment strategy accordingly
  • Utilise creative recruiting methods to source new talent in untapped markets
  • Successfully achieve team and individual set targets
  • Screen, interview and make arrangements for successful candidates to interview; and/or make full hiring decisions

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years Previous high-volume recruitment full cycle experience
  • 2+ years of management experience
  • Experience with sourcing candidates through the use of corporate and third party databases as well as social media tools
  • Self-motivated and forward thinking individual
  • Ability to engage with people and get them excited about joining the team
  • Highly organised, ability to multitask with a strong attention to detail
  • Experience with applicants tracking systems and/or recruiting applications
  • Creative, and a quick learner who will bring innovative thinking and ideas
  • Well-spoken and comfortable working with all levels of the organisation
  • Energised, positive attitude and a team player
  • Ability to prioritise work in a fast, flexible, multi-task environment with minimal supervision
  • Excellent knowledge of all MS Office programs
