Recruitment & HR Business Partner
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment and HR Business Partner to join our fast-growing, tech-focused, real estate brokerage. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both recruitment and HR support. This role involves sourcing and attracting top talent, managing the recruitment process and providing comprehensive HR support. The role will also involve engaging with recruiters on LinkedIn to expand our talent network and facilitate a smooth hiring process. This position reports directly to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates
- Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate skills and experience
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Prepare and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven improvements
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding employees, ensuring a seamless transition
- Collaborate with the legal department to draft and review employment agreements and other relevant documents
- Provide support in employee relations, including handling inquiries and resolving issues
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Help with sales, marketing and customer success recruiting and occasionally assist with executive hires
- Support HR initiatives such as performance management, training and development, and employee engagement programs
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide recruitment solutions
- Communicate effectively with candidates, employees, and external partners
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven 3 to 5 years of experience as a recruiter, with a strong understanding of HR functions
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn and other social media platforms for recruitment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Familiarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Ability to work during Pacific hours and support hiring across US
- Certification in HR or recruitment
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Experience in employee relations and HR policy implementation
- Comprehensive knowledge of US federal and state labor laws combined with a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures
