Recruitment Business Partner

As a Recruitment Business Partner, you will play a key role as a partner for US hiring teams to attract and acquire top talent and driving our recruitment process in alignment with our recruitment strategy.


You will be responsible for building strong relationships with hiring managers across Customer Service and the wider Operational departments, serving as their primary point of contact for all recruitment needs.


Your responsibilities will include leadership of a small team to mentor and develop in delivering an efficient process and strong candidate experience. Other key responsibilities include: collaborating with leaders to understand talent requirements and hiring forecasts, providing expert advice on recruitment strategies and best practices, and maintaining alignment of US recruitment efforts with our overall recruitment strategy.

This role will be based onsite at our Denver, CO office.


The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $125,000 annually.


Preferred Skills

  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably within a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Prior experience leading and managing high volume, operational recruiting teams.
  • Experience across the recruitment cycle, with a key focus on candidate attraction and engagement across various fields.
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-orientated approach.
  • Ability to work with confidential information and maintain data integrity.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.


Responsibilities

  • Building trusted relationships with hiring managers across Customer Service and wider Operational departments, serving as their primary point of contact for all recruitment needs.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their requirements, future hiring forecasts and providing expert advice on recruitment strategies and best practices.
  • Developing and implementing comprehensive and innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent and aligning to wider recruitment strategy and initiatives.
  • Identifying and utilizing various recruitment channels to source diverse and high-quality candidates, while staying current with industry trends.
  • Representing the Business as an employer of choice and promoting our values, culture, and opportunities to prospective candidates.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with external partners, including recruitment agencies, job boards, universities, and other relevant channels to enhance our employer brand.
  • Tracking and analyzing recruitment data and preparing regular reports on recruitment activity, including but not limited to candidate pipelines, time-to-fill, and quality of hire.
  • Providing insights and recommendations to optimize recruitment efforts, drive continuous improvement, and measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
  • Providing a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Keeping candidates updated on their status, providing feedback, timely communication, and managing candidate expectations.
  • Leading and participating in recruitment projects and initiatives, such as employer branding campaigns, talent pipelines, recruitment process improvements, and DEI initiatives, as assigned.
