Anyscale is looking for it's next Recruiting Specialist to play a critical role in growing the company by managing candidate experience through interview scheduling and sourcing top talent. What you'll do:
Be accountable for a positive candidate experience during the entire interveiw process
Collaborate with recruiters to prepare and post job descriptions
Run weekly recruiting metric reports
60% Interview Scheduling:
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, recruiters, and our hiring managers
Manage calendars and availability to make sure everything runs smoothly
Keep candidates in the loop with all the details they need
Confirm interview appointments and follow up with candidates when needed
40% Candidate Sourcing:
Use different sourcing methods to find and attract top candidates
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future roles
Calibrate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand how to uplevel their team
Provide updates to the recruiting team on sourcing and scheduling progress
What we're looking for:
Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or something similarly relevant
1+ years experience in recruiting
In-house recruiting experience is a plus
Agency recruiting experience is a plus
Grit, empathy, and a growth-mindset
A consummate team-player
Discretion with sensitive information
Someone who moves fast and is fearless
Someone who wants to be here for 5+ years
