What you’ll be responsible for as our Recruiting Manager
Leading, mentoring, coaching & developing a team of4-8 early career recruiters
Creating daily, weekly, monthly goals as necessary for performance management of team
Reporting recruitment activity and results / outcome on a daily, weekly, monthly basis
Managing the client and team relationship, to meet customer expectations
Developing fun and creative ways to motivate and incent the team
Ensuring we execute at the highest level and exceed client KPIs
What you need to have to be our next Recruiting Manager
Bachelor’s degree with 8 or more years of Recruitment experience
At least 2+ years leadership experience managing teams of 6or more Recruiters
High Volume Warehouse Recruiting experience highly desirable
Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel
Creative writing skills
Positive encouraging attitude
Ability to motivate and drive high performance teams
Data driven, metric driven
Prior experience with an RPO – Recruitment Process Outsourcing or Staffing Agency required
Experience recruiting in the light industrial, warehouse, logistics, transportation, healthcare and technology industries a PLUS
Experience working with Ceridian a PLUS
Experience with Predictive Index a Plus
