Recruiting Coordinator Responsibilities:
Dive into the recruitment process by identifying top-tier candidates, reviewing resumes and conducting engaging interviews
Manage initial screenings, assign applications to processors upon qualification and schedule drug screens and orientation
Drive the hiring process efficiently ensuring seamless transition from screening to onboarding
Recruiting Coordinator Requirements:
2+ years of relevant experience in recruitment/ HR/ Internship
Demonstrating proficiency within an ATS
Strong communication skills and proficiency in building and nurturing relationships
