About The Role & Team

We are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator for our People team. Reporting to the Talent Lead, this individual will join a team of folks who are all committed to making a sizable impact on the future of the renewable energy industry.

What You’ll Do

  • Review resumes and applications and conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidate qualifications
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
  • Ensure a rememberable candidate experience through timely communication and feedback
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Prepare and send offer letters and other recruitment-related documentation
  • Handle administrative tasks such as coordinating background checks, reference checks and assisting with onboarding
  • Assist in creating and updating recruitment policies and procedures
  • Partner with Talent Lead to understand hiring needs and requirements
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Stay informed on trends and developments in the renewables industry to attract top talent

Required Skills & Experience

  • 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
  • Knowledge of recruiting technology
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills

The starting base salary for this role is between $75,000 and $85,000 with an equity award as part of your all-in compensation. The actual base salary and equity is dependent upon many factors, such as education, experience, skills, and internal compensation equity. The base salary range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for equity and benefits.
