Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Recruiter & Sales Assistant at Ambiance Matchmaking. The Recruiter & Sales Assistant will support the matchmaking team in sourcing, recruiting, and interviewing potential clients. They will also assist the sales team in managing client relationships, coordinating appointments, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping others find meaningful relationships.
Qualifications
Prior experience in recruiting, sales, or customer service
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to effectively multitask and prioritize tasks
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Ability to work independently and remotely
Passion for working with diverse clients and helping others
Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
