Job Description: As a Freelance Non-IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates for various non-technical positions. You will work closely with our clients to understand their hiring needs and ensure a seamless recruitment process. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of recruitment strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Present qualified candidates to clients and coordinate interview schedules.
Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates and clients.
Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment records.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in non-IT sectors such as finance, Engineering, manufacturing, marketing, or sales.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit effectively.
Proficiency in using various recruitment tools and platforms.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
