The role

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruiter (f/m/x) to join our team and enhance our human resources recruitment across the United States.

In this role, you will:

● You are responsible for managing the entire recruitment process for the departments you are responsible for - making you the first point of contact for applicants, managers and recruitment agencies

● You create requirement profiles and job advertisements in close coordination with the respective departments

● You conduct interviews in person or digitally via teams and support the decision-making process

● You have several years of professional experience in operational recruiting, ideally also in active sourcing

● You are characterized by a friendly, empathetic and team-oriented personality

● You communicate confidently and goal-oriented with applicants and internal contacts at all hierarchical levels

● Fluency in English is essential for this position in order to communicate effectively in our international environment
