Since planting our roots in Wimbledon, the business has expanded beyond the UK with offices around the globe in New York, San Francisco, Phoenix, and Amsterdam.

The Job as a Recruiter at Harnham - Please Note That This Is A Sales Job!!

  • This is a role where cold calling, facing/bouncing back from rejection, and growing a book of business will be part of your daily tasks
  • You'll handle everything from finding brand new clients to placing candidates, and it all starts with cold outreach from you. Rejection will happen more often than not, but it's part of the process. Your job is to keep pushing forward.
  • Your focus will be on growing our client base through daily business development activities. Your goal is to expand your network, build a book of business, and bring in revenue from your efforts, which you will earn commission off of.
  • In this fast-paced sales environment, meeting targets is key. Your ability to handle pressure and consistently deliver results will define your success in this role.


About You

We used to call our training a graduate program, and we of course are still really interested in speaking to graduates however we have recently changed our wording to ensure that people know that we welcome applicants from all backgrounds for the role. Given that we provide full training to do the role your drive and energy are more important. So whether you are looking to change careers or return to work – we would love to hear from you.
