This role is based out of our San Francisco office. Our in-office days are Tuesday through Thursday.
You will have an impact by
Partnering with hiring managers to design and execute searches across various functions and at multiple levels of seniority
Deploying strategies to build robust pipelines of exceptional talent through targeted sourcing, attractive employer branding and discerning inbound applicant review
Analyzing data and deriving key insights to debug searches, increase efficiency and effectiveness, and support hiring partners
Delivering exceptional candidate experience and serving as a steward of Meter's culture of kindness and ambition
