This is a contract position; we are looking for candidates to work for approximately three (3) to six (6) months, with the possibility of an extension at the end of the term.


We are seeking a bold, innovative, passionate and strategic talent advisor responsible for providing the highest level of recruitment services. This role will deliver high quality thought partner full-cycle recruitment for early career to senior leadership level roles and maintain excellent relationships with hiring managers, department heads and the URW community at large. This role works closely with leaders to best define position requirements and evaluate candidates to align from both a skill set and cultural fit. In this role, your main missions are:

  • Responsible for full life-cycle recruitment for the company’s divisions this role supports
  • Partner with Business Leaders and HR Business Partners to provide top talent recruitment for both external hiring and internal mobility
  • Drive process improvements where needed in alignment with hiring process and best in class candidate experience
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to determine the needs of their respective departments
  • Partner with HRIS team to drive results, utilize data and relevant recruitment metrics to ensure process improvement
  • Help identify trends, drive change, and assess overall business unit progress
  • Create, and maintain a talent acquisition strategy that will encompass a variety of recruitment resources including strategic job postings, websites, social media and others including LinkedIn
  • Source passive talent from a variety of platforms
  • Ensure efficient candidate workflow and a diverse slate of candidates
  • Maximize the utilization of our platforms, including Workday


What we are looking for

You. . .

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years of previous recruitment experienced across all disciplines (including, but not limited to): Business Strategy, Finance, Leasing, Marketing, and Operations.
  • Ability to work with high level of uncertainty and quickly changing priorities
  • Strength and experience in effective dealing with both peer groups and senior executives
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision making skills
  • Fact (not opinion) driven. Confident and informed decision making
  • Passionate about recruitment and aligning top talent in the right roles at the right time
  • Practical and effective: combines strong business and common sense; drives towards practical and implementable recommendations
  • Positive “can-do” attitude consistently delivering above expectations
  • Ability to influence and stimulate others to change and absorb new ideas
  • Excellent listener and communicator with strong personal image and poise, recognized for being honest, upfront and direct with all levels of the organization
  • Motivated toward individual and team goals, focus on process improvements

  • The ability to gain the confidence and trust of others through honesty, integrity, and authenticity

  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Power Point, Excel)


Hourly Rate: $50-$65/hr
