Job Title: Recruiter

Job Duration: 12 Months contract on W2

Job Location: Denver, CO - Remote

Note: US Citizenship is required for this position

Job Description

Must have Qualifications:

  • Experience with Secret/TS Engineering cleared talent
  • At least 5 years of full lifecycle cleared technical recruiting experience in the defense/aerospace industry, with focus on Software/Systems/Engineering and Cybersecurity technology/ Digital Technology
  • seeking candidates with a 4-year degree and 5 years of related experience
  • hours are flexible but need to be available for customer needs. General hours are 8-5 or 9-6 with flexibility. This could be across multiple time zones.
  • IE: if someone was working 9-6 PST, they may need to support something in EST outside of those hours
  • role is 100% remote -while no travel is anticipated....could be a VERY SLIGHT possibility (10%) to attend an onsite job fair
  • will use WIN for time entry
  • Potential to extend beyond 12 months or convert to direct depending upon the business, no guarantees.
