What will you do?

· Recruiting for IT professionals.

· Use networking, internet tools, and cold calling to source both passive and active candidates.

· Post and maintain job descriptions on a variety of job boards.

· Pre-Screen IT candidates by phone and in person.

· Coordinate candidate interviews with Managers.

· Tracking interview feedback for candidates.

· Successfully drive multiple recruiting efforts in different stages of the recruiting pipeline.

· Leverage a strong knowledge of the contracting/sourcing market space, value propositions, products and services, as well as competitive intelligence in order to drive the growth of our company.

· Conduct in-depth behavioral interviews via telephone and or video conference with all levels of candidates.

· Develop and maintain relationships with contractors and potential contractors.

· Improve metrics for recruiting including pipeline numbers and offer accepts.

What are we looking for?

• 3-7 years strong IT recruiting experience is required.
