Summary The ‘On Site Recruiter’ will be an integral part of the People and Performance (P&P) Team that supports the manufacturing operations at a plant. This person will be leading and supporting end-to-end hiring for hourly high volume and/or hourly skilled talent gaps. The Recruiter is part of a team who thrives off being agile, solution-oriented, and building trust and credibility based on preparedness, strategizing, planning, communicating, and most importantly - delivering. Consistently showing up as a partner; guiding the team to anticipate needs, challenging the status quo to push beyond “what we’ve always done” and getting us to where we are relevant and eventually ahead of the competition. Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Cultivate strong working partnerships with HR and Operations leadership and support teams ensuring that recruiting efforts are tightly aligned with goals and objectives.
  • Run the recruitment lifecycle, from requisition posting through the employment offer.
  • Partner with the Employer Brand Team to ensure targeted and relevant recruitment marketing for seasonal hiring campaigns.
  • Conduct skills and behaviors assessment of candidates to assess capabilities and skills virtually and/or in person.
  • Anticipate and understand when and how to use different recruitment channels to support recruitment strategies and action plans.
  • Prepare and host virtual and live hiring events for the most critical hiring needs.
  • Responsible for providing a regular cadence of recruitment reporting to all internal partners.

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand strategic objectives, assess hiring needs, develop job descriptions, and handle searches through the recruiting lifecycle.
  • Be the representative of the Kraft Heinz brand in the community, at job fairs, and at industry events.
  • Run candidate and hiring manager expectations to ensure a smooth recruiting process.
  • Build offer letters and compensation packages and handle all negotiations with candidates.
  • Meet with hiring managers, set check-in cadences, assess applicants, and advance candidates through the interview phases.
  • Communicate the strategic objectives and culture of the operations teams, while serving as the liaison with candidates and handling the logistics throughout the process

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
  • Experience using recruitment tools platforms, including ATS, CRM, and social networking tools; experience with Workday, or an equivalent a plus.
