If so, then you're probably the researching loving, boolean hacking, resume scanning, question asking, recruiter we need!


We are searching for a detailed oriented Construction Management Recruiter to support our business development and client management teams and help us place qualified candidates faster! This is a "recruiting-only" position. You will not be asked to cold call companies nor will you have to manage existing clients or deal with scheduling and coordination. This is a true recruiting opportunity. This position does not advance to sales or other places in the company, rather it would advance to recruiting leadership. Hire10 also has other internal teams if you are interested in business development, client management, or talent acquisition.


Responsibilities include:


Sourcing


  • Using social media networks (e.g. LinkedIn, etc.) to look for and digitally connect with potential candidates.
  • Reviewing online project lists and resumes to pre-screen candidates.
  • Find unique and outside-the-box ways to reach people
  • Interacting with professionals in niche industry platforms as well as online communities that cater to job seekers in specific industries.


Recruiting & Engagement


  • Make first contact with target candidates via email, text and InMail.
  • Quickly build relationships over the phone
  • Ensure job match via process driven prescreen questioning regarding compensation, location, position details and other key factors.
  • Update internal system with process notes and status progress.
  • Ensure every applicant receives a response.
  • Digest, analyze and create an attractive candidate bio

  • Formally submit candidate bio to the Client Management team for client review
