Recruiter

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
  • Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and facilitate the interview process.
  • Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings as necessary.
  • Negotiate employment offers and assist with onboarding processes.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and finance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably with a focus on finance or accounting roles.
  • Strong understanding of financial concepts and terminology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
