About the Role
We are looking for motivated, high-energy, team players that want to start or continue their career in recruiting. Throughout your career at Elevate you will:
Manage the entire recruitment cycle: prospecting, screening, and managing candidates all the way through placement
Provide clients with valuable insights and offerings as part of an ongoing, consultative relationship
Build relationships with all players in the technology ecosystem including candidates, clients, investors, and other agencies
Partner and build relationships with internal cross-functional team members to drive account growth
Exceed ambitious quarterly and annual targets
Qualifications
1+ year of experience in sales, account management, or recruiting (preferred)
A passion for technology and a desire to learn about startups and the talent that runs them
Must have a track record of hitting and exceeding quota in a fast paced environment
Willingness to work remotely (100% remote) and the maturity to self-motivate
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and/or RPS (nice to have)
Working knowledge of Boolean
