About The Role
As a key member of the Talent Management function, this role is part of a team responsible for attracting, developing, motivating, and retaining BetMGM’s high-performing talent.
Primarily for our high-volume, entry level roles, you will be executing the complete lifecycle of recruiting to include sourcing, assessment, and selection of exceptional candidates who will drive BetMGM’s future success. In collaboration with a broader HR team, you will contribute to the growth of the business by creating a strong talent pipeline to support our organization’s current and future hiring needs.

Applicable salary ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. The position is also eligible for an annual bonus.

About The Role

In collaboration with a broader HR team, you will contribute to the growth of the business by creating a strong talent pipeline to support our organization’s current and future hiring needs.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-lifecycle Recruitment assignments (Source, qualify, and interview candidates; coordinate screening and assessments; obtain approvals, pitch, and negotiate job offers) in compliance with applicable regulations and guidelines.
- Create a positive candidate experience with transparency, empathy, and thoughtful communication from initial contact through onboarding.
- Serve as a brand ambassador for BetMGM by knowing our industry, business, products in and out, living our core values, and promoting our employer brand to candidates.
- Consistently maintain an active pipeline of talent via market mapping, research, and role-based marketing campaigns
- Keep informed on industry trends and impactful market updates; seek out technologies and/or tools to expand the Recruitment toolkit.
- Partner with key business stakeholders to identify hiring needs; collaborate and advise internal teams on Inclusive Hiring best practices and influence organizational decision-making.
- Seek out and foster relationships with professional organizations; evaluate opportunities for talent engagement and organizational partnership.
- Additional ad hoc People/HR team projects as needed.
- Maintain upmost confidentiality as is expected in an HR capacity
- 3+ years of experience in-house Recruitment; preferably hiring for high-volume, shift-based positions (Retail, Customer Care/Call Center experience highly preferred)
- Experience building strong cross-functional/organizational relationships; ability to influence decision-making.
- Agile nature; able to work proactively, manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Aptitude for critical thinking and solutions-driven problem solving.
- Experience working in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR Information Systems (HRIS); preferably Workday.
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the recruitment process; understands inclusive hiring practices and can mitigate unconscious bias.
- Knowledge of common recruiting practices and applicable regulations
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
