We are seeking a dynamic Recreation Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive recreation programs and overseeing facilities and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage recreation facilities and activities, including sports and group exercise.
Recruit, train, and supervise staff; provide professional development.
Conduct assessments, prepare reports, and update policies.
Develop and manage the budget; analyze participation data.
Liaison with partners; manage expansion projects.
Qualifications:
Degree in Physical Education, Health Management, Exercise Science, or related field.
Experience managing a fitness center.
Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
