We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Weekend Client Intake Specialist to join our team at a leading employment law firm in New York. As a vital first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals who have experienced workplace sexual harassment and discrimination. This part-time position requires working on Saturdays and Sundays from 9 AM to 3 PM.

Key Responsibilities
Manage a high volume of incoming client inquiries via phone, email, and text messages
Conduct follow-up communications to maintain client engagement
Handle all interactions with warmth, empathy, and professionalism
Accurately collect and document potential client information
Gather case details from potential clients and relay to attorneys for evaluation
Collaborate with attorneys to schedule client appointments
Utilize AssureSign to send e-retainers to potential clients
Provide exceptional, empathetic customer service
Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
Ideal Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred
Proficiency in Dropbox, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, and OneNote
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Prior experience in a law firm, especially in employment law, is highly advantageous
Customer service background demonstrating empathy and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated with the ability to manage workload and prioritize tasks effectively
Thrives in a fast-paced, intellectually stimulating environment
Commitment to going the extra mile for clients

Remote work available after training
Initial training will take place at our Manhattan office: 45 Broadway, New York, NY 10006
