Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Interaction: Greet patients and visitors with a warm and welcoming attitude
Appointment Management: Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments as necessary
Phone Handling: Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate departments
Administrative Tasks: Perform general office duties such as data entry, filing, and managing patient records
Billing and Payments: Assist patients with billing inquiries and process payments
Coordination: Liaise with medical staff to ensure efficient patient flow and address any patient needs
Facility Management: Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable
Customer Service: Address patient complaints and provide appropriate solutions
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Friendly and professional demeanor
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in an Ayurveda or wellness center
Knowledge of Ayurveda treatments and practices
Proficiency in both English and Telugu
