Receptionist

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and ensure a welcoming environment.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls promptly.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports.
  • Maintain and update office records and databases.
  • Order and maintain office supplies and equipment inventory.
  • Oversee office maintenance, including liaising with vendors and service providers.
  • Ensure office security and emergency procedures are up to date.
  • Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience as a Receptionist, Office Administrator, or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and office management software (e.g., MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks.
  • Customer service-oriented attitude with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
