Job Description
Berry & Associates is one of Atlanta's leading Bankruptcy and Social Security Law Firms. The firm has been practicing for over 30 years and has helped over 25,000 Georgians get back to their feet financially.
We are currently looking for a Receptionist to join our team in our central office. Our Receptionists are usually the first contact clients have with the firm, therefore the ideal candidate will be personable, articulate, respectful, and professional in presenting themselves in an office setting.
The position includes but is not limited to the following tasks:

We are currently looking for a Receptionist to join our team in our central office. Our Receptionists are usually the first contact clients have with the firm, therefore the ideal candidate will be personable, articulate, respectful, and professional in presenting themselves in an office setting.
The position includes but is not limited to the following tasks:
- Answering the phones and operating the switchboard;
- Routing calls to specific people;
- Answering inquiries about the company;
- Distributing incoming faxes and printing service mail;
- Greeting clients warmly and making sure they are comfortable;
- Ensuring clients have the correct paperwork when they arrive for an appointment;
- Scheduling consultations for all 11 offices; and
- Making coffee and ensuring the reception area is tidy.
- Able to function with a high level of patience, tact, and diplomacy in handling any complaints and situations;
- Willingness and ability to learn new skills;
- Attention to detail;
- Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater;
- High School diploma or equivalent; and
- Minimum of 1 year of professional customer service experience.
