Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.
• Schedule appointments accurately and efficiently using our booking system.
• Maintain meticulous records and ensure proper documentation and correspondence filing.
• Follow up with leads and inquiries to convert them into appointments.
• Assist scheduling coordinators in ensuring contracts are signed and processed.
• Ensure payments are made and processed.
• Uphold high standards of etiquette and professionalism, reflecting our luxury brand image.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all clients and visitors.
• Provide concierge services to all patients creating a luxury experience from start to finish.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role, preferably in a high-end or luxury environment.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and office software.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure and handle various personalities with tact and diplomacy.
• Experience with Google suites, Nextech, zoho, and weave is a plus.
