Role Overview
We're seeking a full-time Transaction Coordinator - Administrative Assistant to join our team. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of remote work, with a primary focus on providing administrative support to our real estate team. From managing transactions from contract to close to coordinating appointments and facilitating communication with clients, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business. Additionally, you'll assist with minor advertising and marketing tasks and may be required to meet with vendors and clients onsite as needed.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support or the real estate industry
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, and related software
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
- Experience in customer service and vendor management preferred
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field is a plus
- Real Estate license or willingness to obtain one is a plus
- Experience in contract management and coordination is a plus
