As a qualified expert, you will...

• .Be a Reviewer or Review Appraiser who will perform detailed quality check reviews and analysis of all types of residential and commercial appraisal reports prepared by vendors, to ensure these appraisals meet applicable standards, guidelines, and techniques for compliance with bank policies, procedures, applicable laws, and regulation
• sComplete exterior and interior residential appraisal orders, collaborating with internal customers to ensure seamless customer servic
• eBe a Certified Appraise
• rStay current on appraisal regulations as well as in legal matters in the Real Estate industry, Coaching and training Springhouse employees to improve ability to review work from Appraisers
• .Assist in regulatory matters that require presence of an employee in the area (Code Violations, etc.
• )Provide weekly feedback and reporting to Springhouse Staf
• fMust have the ability to communicate with team members, vendor, clients, and upper management in a professional manor
• .Collaborate with colleagues onshore and offshor
• eProvide reviewing assistance on queries raised by onshore and/or offshore team
• sAssist the Chief Appraiser and LOB management with related tasks and project
• sBe the Backup Controlling Authority in absence of Chief Appraise
• rProvide necessary assistance/documentation to Comply with licensing requirement to enable the backup rol
• eExecute any additional task as assigned by Business Unit Managemen

Qualificatio

• ns3-5 years' experience in reviewing appraisal reports with expert knowledge of USPAP appraisal standar
• dsAbility to interpret and apply state and local laws governing the appraisal of real property; research and collect technical and statistical data; analyze data, draw conclusions, formulate strategies, and make recommendatio
• nsPossession of a valid appraiser license (Certified General) issued in several states is preferr
