Practice and master dialogues and presentations
Lead generate to build pipeline and database
Consistently follow-up with pipeline and database
Show houses
Take listings
Negotiate contracts
Qualifications
Active real estate license in California OR in schooling studying towards a real estate license.
Enthusiasm for real estate and a strong desire to succeed.
Willingness to learn and adapt to industry best practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
A desire for continuous improvement and professional development.
