Compensation

$100,000 - $150,000+ annually

Responsibilities

  • Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure business growth.
  • Conduct buyer and seller consultations to understand their needs and preferences in a home, then identify properties that meet those criteria.
  • Stay updated on local knowledge to address client inquiries about potential homes and the surrounding community.
  • Follow up with leads to maximize sales opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Must hold a valid Real Estate License.
  • Excellent communication and social skills.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
  • Preference for candidates with a proven track record of sales experience and success.
