Job Summary
Are you a driven professional with a passion for real estate sales? We are seeking talented individuals to join our remote sales team at Blue Key Homes. As a crucial member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in our success by engaging with real estate agents, managing our CRM, and contributing to our sales processes.
Responsibilities
Identify and qualify real estate agents interested in collaborating with investors
Cultivate relationships and maintain communication through various channels
Monitor and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Collaborate with team members to improve sales strategies and processes
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred
Proven experience in sales or a related field (2+ years preferred)
Proficiency in CRM software and excellent communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges
