Starbucks is seeking a Real Estate Representative to join their team, focusing on the Western Mountain Region. This role will involve partnering with store development managers to coordinate real estate processes, prioritize new site development, and manage legal documentation.
Responsibilities Include
Preparation of real estate files and assistance with Real Estate Committee materials.
Input, update, and distribution of site information and project schedules.
Coordination of due diligence and legal documentation with internal and external counsel.
Desired Qualifications
Experience in contract & lease administration.
Background in project administration within chain store, retail, or commercial brokerage.
Familiarity with commercial or retail industry practices.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively.

This position requires residency in one of the following states: ID, WY, MT, ND, SD, CO, NV, UT, AZ, NM.
