43 North Real Estate is a boutique real estate development firm that primarily focuses on tax credit redevelopment projects, brokerage transactions, small business consulting, and property management. Our partner organization is Bace Build who performs general contracting, construction management, and self-performance of general and finish carpentry, as well as the being the General Contractor on all 43 North Real Estate development projects.
Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Real Estate Property & Sales Associate at 43 North Real Estate, this position will initially support our property management and brokerage function. The Associate will be responsible for supporting property management maintenance requests, leasing, supporting commercial and residential brokerage transactions, and performing office administrative functions. After a trial period of six to nine months, and ability to meet performance goals; full-time employment is available by adding administrative duties for our construction management firm Bace Build.

Qualifications
Some College Required or Commensurable Professional Resume
Experience in real estate sales and property management
Must be an excellent communicator, and proficient with social media and technology
Must have experience with spreadsheets and ability to use property and project management software
Quickbooks or basic bookkeeping experience is highly desirable
Must have excellent drive and a desire to learn, grow, and be promoted
Service Industry Experience a Plus
