OVERVIEW

A leading real estate organization in the southern Salt Lake City area is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Project Manager, to play a pivotal role in steering the success of their residential, commercial, industrial, etc. community-building initiatives.

• Location: Southern Salt Lake City area (100% on-site)
• Compensation: Competitive (DOE) + bonus + benefits

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Spearhead initial project analysis, market research, and development feasibility studies.
• Review and assess due diligence documents for strategic development implications.
• Lead collaboration with designers and planners to forge innovative conceptual designs and renderings.
• Direct all stages of architectural design, emphasizing cost-efficiency, sustainability, and market positioning.
• Engage with municipal authorities and utility providers to secure necessary permits and services.
• Manage construction projects, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.
• Coordinate marketing and leasing strategies to optimize asset stabilization and management transitions.
• Maintain rigorous financial oversight on project expenditures and justifications.
• Deliver comprehensive project updates and reports to keep management informed.
• Champion process improvements and best practice implementations within the project lifecycle.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate, specifically in multifamily, retail, or office sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple complex projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment amid tight deadlines.
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of effective writing and articulate presentations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Technical Competencies: Strong proficiency in property management software (Yardi preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
