Gola Corporate Real Estate, a greater Philadelphia area industry leader specializing in exclusive tenant representation for corporate and commercial real estate projects has an opportunity for a project manager in our Norristown location. Optimal candidates must be attracted to a fast-paced environment, possess strong initiative and organizational skills, demonstrate an attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload. 


The real estate project manager will be responsible for working directly with clients from project conception through completion ensuring the satisfactory management and delivery of project goals and objectives. Qualified candidates will possess a solid understanding of all aspects of tenant improvement projects including but not limited to programming, planning and design, lease review, information technology, furniture, fixtures and equipment, construction administration, and relocation management.


Functions and Responsibilities

> Support the marketing of real estate and project management services to clients

> Interface directly with clients to evaluate current and future workplace requirements

> Maintain accurate project documentation including minutes, drawings, critical correspondence, etc.

> Prepare and coordinate project reports, lease, and drawing reviews for clients and project team at applicable project phases

> Define project objectives including the development of space plan along with resource plans, specifications, budgets, finish selection and timelines

> Build and lead a successful project team: initiate and assist with the identification of appropriate team members, vendor and consultant selection, contracting, and oversight

> Manage construction processes including meetings, walk-thrus, and punch list

> Review requisitions, change orders, and invoices providing guidance and recommendation to the client as needed

Qualifications

> Bachelor’s degree in a related field (architecture or design, engineering, construction or project management)

> 2-5 years of experience in tenant planning preferred

> Proven ability to manage multiple projects and direct contractors simultaneously

> Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills

> Proficient in Microsoft Office including MS Project, Adobe and AutoCAD

> The ability to read and comprehend contract documents

> Willingness to travel within the Philadelphia suburban market

> Highly motivated and engaged team member, who loves variety, problem solving, and building long term relationships
