Responsibilities
List and sell residential real estate properties
Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers
Host open houses and coordinate related events
Prepare comprehensive market analyses to accurately assess property values

Verify and disclose pertinent property information to clients
Manage property-related tasks and facilitate smooth operations
Utilize social media platforms effectively to enhance property visibility
Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction
Some travel required for property viewings and client meetings
Qualifications
Proven experience in real estate, property management, or related fields
