Real Estate Paralegal

Company Overview: We are a full-service multifamily property management firm that offers one-of-a-kind apartments across multiple states that suit any lifestyle. Due to growth within out organization, we are in need of hiring an experienced Paralegal with experience in real estate and multifamily housing.

Position Overview: The Paralegal works in collaboration with the attorneys in the firm to provide legal support in the areas of real estate and multifamily investments. The Paralegal is also responsible for preparing legal documents, researching law sources, and ensuring that legal and business procedures are followed.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare legal documents and correspondence such as contracts, leases, and deed transfers.
• Conduct legal research and document analysis to support team initiatives.
• Provide administrative assistance to attorneys in the firm, including scheduling meetings and managing case files.
• Maintain an organized filing system of legal documents.
• Ensure that legal and business procedures are followed.
  
  

Qualifications

• Paralegal Certificate.
• Experience in real estate and multifamily investments.
• Excellent research, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
