FirstFour Staffing is assisting a top client in Baldwin County, AL with their need for a Land Acquisition Specialist to plan, direct and coordinate all residential land acquisition activities.
This direct-hire position offers a base salary, generous bonus potential, and an excellent benefits package.
Responsibilities include:
Identify and qualify potential residential land acquisitions
Perform title and municipal research
Negotiate the acquisition of properties
Prepare land valuation analysis and other required documentation
Ensure property documents comply with company standards and all due diligence work is completed on time
Manage purchase contract processes
Monitor development phases and entitlement processes
Maintain budgets and development schedule oversight and updating
Develop and maintain broker, land owner, and business community relationships
Education/Skills/Experience
Bachelor's degree
Minimum 3 years of residential land acquisition experience
Effective and professional communication
Organizational aptitude
Capable of managing tight deadlines, promptly addressing changes without disrupting schedules, and managing high volumes of work with minimal supervision
