The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inside Sales Agent (ISA) virtual assistant to support our US-based Real Estate brokerage client. As an ISA, you will be responsible for assisting with lead follow-up, making calls, and supporting the overall sales process.
This position requires a strong understanding of real estate sales processes, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in using various software tools such as Follow Up Boss, Google Sheets, Slack, HomeLight and Zillow.
Position: Inside Sales Agent Virtual Assistant
Location: Remote (US-based Real Estate brokerage)
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM PST
Responsibilities
Conduct follow-up calls and emails with potential clients
Maintain accurate lead data into the CRM, Follow Up Boss
Collaborate with the inside sales team for seamless lead transitions
Participate in team meetings and provide updates on lead follow up progress
Generate reports on lead follow-up activities
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices

Ideal Profile
1+ years of real estate or related experience
Strong communication skills
Proficiency in Follow Up Boss, Google Suite, Slack, and Zillow
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Self-motivated and detail-oriented
Comfortable working remotely
Reliable and stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps.
Noise-canceling USB headset to ensure clear and uninterrupted communication.
