Job Description

  • Assess potential real estate investment opportunities, conducting comprehensive financial analysis and due diligence
  • Conducting in depth financial analysis and due diligence for direct/JV, indirect, and co-investment opportunities
  • Prepare investment memos and deliver insightful presentations to the investment committee
  • Contribute to the strategic asset management and ongoing monitoring of real estate portfolios


The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in investment, specifically in U.S. real estate markets
  • A high degree of initiative, professionalism, confidentiality, and ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple real estate asset classes
  • Experience in effectively communicating complex information to management and team members
  • Korean Speaking Preferred
