Job Description

As the Real Estate Acquisition Director at Impact Capital Real Estate, you will play a critical role in identifying, evaluating, and executing on investment opportunities that align with our

investment strategy and objectives. You will lead a team of acquisitions professionals

and collaborate closely with senior leadership to source, underwrite, negotiate, and

close real estate transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing and executing acquisition strategies to achieve investment targets and maximize returns for investors.
• Leading the acquisitions team in sourcing and evaluating potential investment opportunities, including conducting market research, financial analysis, and due diligence.
• Negotiating purchase agreements, financing terms, and other transaction documents to ensure favorable outcomes for the company.
• Building and maintaining relationships with brokers, sellers, lenders, and other industry professionals to source off-market deals and secure favorable terms.
• Collaborating with the asset management team to develop business plans and execute value-add strategies for acquired properties.
• Providing regular updates to senior management on acquisition pipeline, investment performance, and market trends.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, with a proven track record of successfully sourcing and closing investment transactions.
• Deep understanding of real estate investment principles, financial analysis, and valuation methodologies.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to navigate complex deal structures.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-driven approach to problem-solving.
• Proficiency in real estate financial modeling and analysis software.
• Knowledge of local real estate markets and industry trends.
