Title: Real Estate Development Analyst

Summary: 
The Real Estate Development Analyst is responsible for all business development activities in the marketing, reviewing, analyzing, and negotiating of Vertical Bridge (VB) ground leases through its various amendment programs.

Job Functions:

Work with VB’s landlords to facilitate, negotiate and execute ground lease amendments through various amendment programs

Review and analyze ground current ground lease provisions to identify favorable and unfavorable terms

Develop and maintain strong working relationships with VB landlords

Create and manage business development materials (i.e. phone, email, text, and mail campaigns)

Coordinate and manage the closing/execution process from inception to completion

Maintain and build Salesforce database for tracking Landlord activity and completed amendments

Work through assigned territory of VB landlord’s and ensure every site receives communication within assigned time period

Create deal decks to be presented to investment committee for approval

Communicate and work effectively with other VB departments

Assist the Director and Vice President of Real Estate Development on special projects and other duties as assigned

Working Conditions and Physical Demands: 

Position will work directly from the corporate office in Boca Raton FL

Education and Experience:

Four-year college degree required, preferably in business or similar relevant field

Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience preferred, including maintaining an assigned book of business/territory

Prior experience working with Salesforce or similar database management systems required

Experience in Real Estate or related business is preferred

Proficient user of MS Office suite products and user of MS Excel

Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively over the phone

Self-motivated individual with a proven track record to deliver results with minimal direction

Effective in an entrepreneurial culture, working independently and as part of a team
