We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Coordinator to support our New York Real Estate Team in various market-related activities. This role will involve handling due diligence, correspondence, paperwork, and reports, as directed by the VP of NY Real Estate.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support, including processing invoices, preparing revenue statements, and managing capital expenditure requests.
Coordinate and organize materials for presentations, RFPs, acquisitions, and special projects, while maintaining accurate records.
Manage and update records such as electric payments, property tax records, and lease documents.
Process monthly lease change forms, reports, and conduct lease audits.
Maintain digital and hard copy lease files up-to-date and organized.
Assist in revenue analysis for development opportunities and lease renewals, ensuring timely communication with property owners.
Handle daily requests from property owners promptly and effectively.
Assist in securing and renewing permits with relevant parties.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred.
5-7 years of relevant work experience in real estate or related fields, such as law.
Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong multitasking abilities with clear and effective communication skills.
