Real Estate Assistant - Acquisition Cold Caller -- Remote | WFH

Job Overview

As a Remote Real Estate Assistant, you will play a crucial role in our lead generation efforts by engaging with potential property sellers through cold calling. Your goal will be to identify and qualify warm leads for our Acquisition team, ensuring a steady pipeline of opportunities.

Responsibilities

Cold Calling and Lead Generation:

Initiate 100-120 outbound cold calls daily to engage potential property sellers.

Qualify leads based on specific criteria to ensure they meet our requirements for further engagement.

Maintain a high call volume to generate a consistent pipeline of warm leads.

Respond promptly to incoming inquiries and follow up with qualified leads within 24 hours.

Implement a systematic follow-up process to nurture leads and convert them into qualified prospects.

Lead Qualification And Handoff

Identify and qualify 5-10 potential leads daily based on specified criteria (motivation, property condition, urgency).

Schedule 2-3 appointments daily for the Acquisition team, aiming for 50 appointments per month.

Conduct follow-up calls with leads who require additional information or did not answer initially, aiming for at least 20 follow-up calls daily.

Present initial offers to potential real estate leads and escalate warm leads to the appropriate team members.

Data Management And Reporting

Maintain detailed records of interactions with potential sellers using CRM software.

Provide regular reports on call activity, lead quality, and conversion rates.

Ensure accurate and timely updates of lead information in the CRM system.

Qualifications

Exceptional English language skills, both written and spoken.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Prior experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in real estate or sales.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Trello) preferred.
