Real Estate Asset Manager- Multifamily

Our client, a NY based Real Estate investment firm seeks a strategically minded asset manager for their growing portfolio

• Manage performance of national multifamily portfolio with an eye to maximizing property performance and investment returns
• Identify value creation opportunities and develop action plans to achieve desired results
• Communicate effectively within a joint venture structure with the keen ability to manage and develop relationships with equity partners
• Analyze capital improvement project plans to determine profitability and consistency with ownership and investment strategies
• Prepare property budgets and related variance analysis
• Work directly with the Acquisitions team to review and validate underwriting and participate in due diligence activities including market analysis

Requirements include:

• Solid asset management experience with strong knowledge of multifamily asset class
• Proactive thinker with detail-oriented and creative problem-solving approach
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment with all people at all levels within the organization
• Proficiency in Excel financial modeling
• Experience with Revenue Optimization Systems (Yieldstar or LRO) and RealPage a+
