Role Description
Fully remote Analyst role will be responsible for investment and asset management reporting, economic research, and database management. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to deal and market research, generating monthly and annual reports, acquisition due diligence and underwriting, investment memos, annual budgets, monthly forecasting, and annual business plans. The Analyst will report to the investment and asset management divisions and contribute to the overall success of the company. This is a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with ample room for growth.
Key Responsibilities
Acquisitions / Investments
• Assist throughout the full transaction cycle to assess and execute acquisition due diligence
• Perform detailed financial analysis and forecasting to support investment decisions
• Provide continued support in monitoring the performance of investments
• Participate in the preparing of investment committee memos and presentations
Asset Management
• Maintain monthly, quarterly and annual property datasets and reports
• Perform detailed lease analysis through generating proposal specific NER analysis
• Create and review annual property budgets and property forecast
• Prepare quarterly and annual debt compliance
Travel
Some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected
Qualifications
• Minimum three to five years of relevant job experience at an institutional private equity real estate or similar experience in investment or asset management
• ARGUS and strong Excel skills are a must
• Knowledge of key investment return metrics and asset management KPIs
• Strong analytical, quantitative and financial modeling skills
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
• Proficiency in data visualization tools and techniques
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in the healthcare investment industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Economics, Statistics)
