JOB SUMMARY:

The purpose of this position is to conduct research, analysis, and investor relations for various projects for the Asset Management Department.

JOB DUTIES:

Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Conduct research for commercial acquisitions and other business opportunities.
• Coordinate investor communication and track relevant investor information.
• Monitor market conditions, perform economic analysis and provide reporting.
• Coordinate investor distributions, the investor portal, investment updates, and investor tax document distribution.
• Due diligence for sales, acquisitions, and refinancing of properties.
• Provide additional support to Acquisitions/Investments team as necessary.
• Conduct quarterly lender financial reporting.
  
  

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree and 1-3 years related experience or equivalent preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of business, economics, and financial mathematics.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to correspond in a professional, businesslike manner. Preference for a candidate with demonstrated ability for professional writing.
• Ability to employ logical reasoning to understand and carry out instructions furnished in a variety of forms, including but not limited to verbal, written, or diagram.
• Perform all job duties with a positive attitude.
