Are you interested in a career in real estate sales? Maybe you’re the one that we're looking for to help us solve our problem. Most agents struggle with figuring out how to get business, how to prospect, manage their schedules, market their listings, and continue to grow their income. In fact, the average real estate agent makes less than $49,500 (and over HALF in Houston won't make a single dollar).

Our problem is different. We have the leads, systems, models, tools, and coaching to help any of our first year agents make well over $100,000 if they choose to. The problem we have is that most people aren’t willing to do the work. Mastery takes time (about 10,000 hours to be exact), and many agents get into this business expecting it to be like Million Dollar Listing or Selling Sunset and they think that they will get to show luxury homes on day one. But it’s not like that. If that’s why you’re considering getting into real estate, we aren’t the team for you.

We’re looking for hungry, driven leaders who are willing to commit 40 hours a week to building an uncapped real estate career. We want the kinds of people who want to make a difference in the lives of others. The people who care about helping the single mom buy a $150,000 condo just as much as they care about the $2,000,000 celebrity listing. Our first year agents who fully plug in can easily expect to earn around $75-125,000 and some partners have even earned even more. Responsibilities

  • Graduate from our PLACE Launch program
  • Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly
  • Consult with buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and show homes
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
  • Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
  • Conduct four open houses monthly
  • Participate in team activities per team success path
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings, and Partner Call

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others, and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.
